    On the day the GPH-MILF Framework Agreement was signed, the Institute for Autonomy and Governance (IAG) launched a "Transition Watch" program to provide regular updates, analysis, and recommendations on implementing and further negotiating the agreement.     Message from the Executive Director

    ON DAY ONE after the signing of the GPH-MILF Framework Agreement, IAG launches Transition Watch, a program that will provide regular updates and information, analysis and recommendation for the successful implementation and further negotiations of the Framework Agreement. A section in our website will be dedicated to this project. It is our hope that by providing up-to-date information and balanced analysis of the events and developments that impact on the implementation of the agreement, IAG will be able to contribute to the constructive and inclusive discourse in realizing this roadmap to peace. IAG urges all stakeholders to participate and make their voices and minds be heard in the discourses that chart our collective future as a people desirous of a Mindanao that is united in peace and prosperity for all.
