Having heard the testimony of defendant Hctor Conty-Prez, President of the State Elections Commission (SEC), during the plaintiffs presentation of evidence, which included an extensive cross-examination by Mr. Conty-Prez attorney, Jos L. Nieto, that also covered what would have been Mr. Conty-Prez own direct examination, and having reviewed the proffers made in open court of the seven additional witnesses for the SEC,

MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS Civil 12-1749CCC October 15, 2012 Page 2 the following witnesses direct will last 10 minutes, to wit: Guillermo Cordero, Jos Antonio Gonzlez-Daz, Jos Torres and Julio Bonet-Daz; witness Marcos Vargas direct will last 15 minutes; Mara Dolores Santiago and Luz Delia Vzquez 20 minutes each, for a total of 95 minutes. Cross-examination of these witnesses by plaintiffs and all other remaining defendants is limited to 5 minutes for Cordero, Gonzlez-Daz, Torres and Bonet-Daz, 10 minutes for Vargas and 15 minutes for Santiago and Vzquez, respectively.
