    SHRINIWAS KASHALIKAR I have realized that; often; while reading any particular matter about NAMA; I f eel; "I already know this" or "this is obvious". This is theoretically true. Hen ce I unknowingly become casual or even condescending in my approach!! This is su icidal; as actually and practically; my "knowing" and "feeling obvious" are dece ptive; and I am far from "internalizing", "realizing" and "expressing" the infin ite and eternal ambrosia; inherent to NAMA.
