SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR SOLAR PROJECTS

1. Pre-Tendering Stage: Identification of Projects/ tenders (Direct/ Sub-contracted), Necessary approval and co-ordination with awarding agency, pre-tendering support (Site Survey, Preliminary Report preparation etc.) and monitoring and support during tendering stage. 2. Post Award Stage The main identified contractual activities are:

Registration of Project with RREC Preparation of DPR Land identification & it availability. Power Evacuation System In principle clearance of project from State Level Screening Committee. Project in principle clearance letter from RREC. Deposit the Security Amount with RREC Allotment of Government land or conversion of private land to industrial use to set up solar power project from State Government. Final approval from State Level Empowered Committee. Project final approval letter from RREC Permission for State Pollution Control Board for Establish to Consent of project. Permission for State Government for laying of transmission line under Section 68 of EA-2003. Coordination with RVPNL for bay allocation and construction. Testing of CT-PT and Meter from Discom lab Permission from Electrical Inspector Coordination with RVPNL for interconnection of project Coordination with Rajasthan Discom for formation of project commissioning committee. Permission for State Pollution Control Board for Consent to Operate. Project Commissioning

3. Project Financing The services for tie-up with the financial agencies based on the availability can also be arranged as per the terms and conditions of financer. 4. EPC Executions

Complete design, engineering and Execution of the Project which includes supply and installation of Solar Panels, DC/AC Panels, Inveters, Switchgears, substations, Lines for grid Interconnections alongwith associated Civil Works and necessary Project Management. 5. Post Implementation Services: After the implementation of Project, Services for Operation and maintenance of Solar Plant, including providing of Manpower, Security can be provided. The required follow up for meter reading, billing and payments from Discom/ Other Agencies can also be provided.
