VISA
Indian tourist visas are very popular. Do not delay the visa application. All visa applicants passports should be valid for at least 180 days after their planned departure from India. Students will require a single entry TOURIST visa from the Indian Embassy in Brussels http://www.indembassy.be/visa_information.html All Indian visa applications have been outsourced to VFS Global, an agent of the Indian visa service http://in.vfsglobal.be/ Applications begin by completing a form online. The visa application form may require a residential address in India. The address where students will be staying is: National Sports Club of India (Worli, Mumbai) Lala Lajpatrai Marg, Worli Mumbai 400 018. Maharashtra INDIA Tel: 24938813 http://www.nscimumbai.com/contact.html Then download the completed VISA APPLICATION FORM, and attached 2 photographs. Photographs must be 2 inches x 2 inches (50 mm x 50 mm). You can obtain suitable photographs from the photography shop at Antwerp Central railway station (ground floor, facing Keyserlei next door to Starbucks Caf). Total cost of photos EUR 12.00 available while you wait. Take the completed form and your valid passport to either: Antwerp Indian Association Vestingstraat, 62 1/Floor

PARENTAL PERMISSION TO STAY ABROAD


Parents/guardians should be aware that all AIS students will require a Parental Permission to Stay Abroad ouderlijke toestemming voor een verblijf in het buitenland. Available from your local geementehuis. This should be made valid for your son/daughter to travel specifically on the CAS India Trip 9 -19 February 2013 accompanied by Dr Penelope J. Law/Mr Michael Laird (AIS teachers).
