How to Configure the DWR-530 as a Router Mode

Step 1: Move mode selector mode to Modem in front of the DWR-530.

Step 3: Press the Power button in front of the DWR-530 to switch on.

Note: Since the DWR-530 doesnt have an Ethernet Port you will need to scan and connect to the wireless network in order for you to configure the settings. Step 4: On the My Computer Dialog Box, double click on the Removable Storage for the DWR-530.

Step 5: Click on the Connect Anyway button.

Step 6: Once your computer is connected to the wireless network, proceed to the next step.

Step 7: Open a web browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and etc. On the Address bar type in the LAN IP Address of the DWR-530 which is 192.168.0.1 and then press on the Enter key on your keyboard.

Step 8: A login screen will appear, type in the User Name as admin and the leave the Password filed blank and then click on the Login button.

Step 9: Click on the SETUP tab and then select on INTERNET SETTINGS button on the left hand side.

Step 10: Under the MANUAL INTERNET CONNECTION OPTIONS, click on the Manual Internet Connection Setup button.

Step 11: Under the WWAN INTERNET CONNECTION section, configure the following; 1. 2. 3. 4. Uncheck on Auto APN ISP: Enter the name of who provides your Internet connection APN: Enter the APN provided by your ISP Reconnect Mode: Select on Always on

Step 12: Click on the Save Settings button for the settings to take effect
