CD Sync Portable License Agreement

THIS SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (THE "AGREEMENT") IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU ("THE LICENSEE"), AND ANKIT RAJPOOT ("AUTHOR"). BY USING CD SYNC PORTABLE (HEREINAFTER "SOFTWARE") OR STORING THIS SOFTWARE ON A COMPUTER HARD DRIVE (OR OTHER MEDIA), YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT YOU MUST REMOVE THE SOFTWARE'S FILES FROM YOUR STORAGE DEVICES AND CEASE TO USE THE PRODUCT. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE. The AUTHOR, as Licenser, grants to the Licensee, a non-exclusive license to use this SOFTWARE program in accordance with the terms contained in this license agreement. You may use the SOFTWARE on a single computer. You may access the SOFTWARE through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software to cover all workstations that will access the software through the network. 2. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING. You may NOT modify, disassemble or decompile the SOFTWARE, or otherwise reduce it to a human readable form in whole or in part. 3. COPYRIGHT. All copyrights to the SOFTWARE are exclusively owned by the AUTHOR. The SOFTWARE also uses some free libraries which are the properties of their respective owners (see Help > About for details.) All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the AUTHOR. 4. GOVERNING LAW. The terms of this license agreement are governed by the Indian Law. In case of any conflicts, jurisdiction will be restricted to Indian courts only. 5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
