uniform replenishment policy

After one year of service and in conjunction with the annual company meeting, ABT will contribute $425.00 annually toward uniform replenishment. The Service Tech uniform consists of: Short-sleeve/long-sleeve ABT shirt that is clean and free from holes
Ordered through ABT

Black (65% polyester - 35% cotton) pants that are clean, not faded and free from holes
Purchased by employee; receipt submitted for reimbursement.

Steel-toed work boots

Purchased by employee; receipt submitted for reimbursement.

ABT cap (if desired) that is clean

Ordered through ABT.

ABT jacket (when applicable)

Ordered through ABT.

The annual replenishment budget can be applied toward any of the above items. Please submit any reimbursement requests on a ABT Reimbursable Expense Report form. Please complete an ABT Apparel Order form for any items that must be ordered through ABT.
