Braod Band and IPTV test not offered. Earth test of system not offered. Rectifier and battery dummy load test are pending. Huawei reperesentative is not available at site. Original copy of PAT book is ot available at site. BOQ of site not having any signature/Stamp of any authority. cable of SDLE, E1 VDMB,A64 and A32 not installed yet. Handing over Certificate of spare cables/parts to development after BOQ verification reuired. Labeling not done at any cable/Equipment. Cable layout of AC, Subscriber, FE and earth cable required. History chart of equipment not displayed. Dummy slot cover at empty slot is required. Anti static charge strip not provided in rack. test call controlled by called party not successful Test T 09-02 Acceptance of alarm clearing function not offered. Temperature & humidity sensors of room not working. Door sensor of rack not working. Door Alarm verification of rack not offered yet.

BOQ of site not having any signature/stamp of any authority . Fan alarm of HABA 1 Rack 1 not working. EDTB rack-4 slot 10,rack 9 slot 10,rack 10 slot 10,are not normal. Proper labeling not done at any cable/equipment. Test 09.02 acceptance of alarm clearing function not offered.
