This matter has come before the Court on Motion to Expedite Hearing (the "Motion to Expedite")
in Connection with the Debtors' Motion to Shorten Notice for Motion for Order Approving Disclosure
Statement (the "Motion to Shorten"). For cause shown, the Court orders as follows:
1. The Motion to Expedite is Granted.
2. A hearing on the Motion to Shorten will take place on April 25, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. at the
United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 824 North Market Street, 6

Wilmington, Delaware 19801, Courtroom 1 before the Honorable Brennan L. Shannon. Any objection to
the Motion to Shorten may be raised at the hearing thereon.
3. The Debtors shall cause a copy of this Order to be served via email, fax or if no email or
fax information is known, then by first class mail on (a) the Office of the United States Trustee; (b) each
of the Debtors' top twenty (20) unsecured creditors; (c) all parties requesting notices in this bankruptcy
case; and (d) the Debtors' DIP Lender.
