With the end of the year looming we remind all our clients to bring in their documentation for the

IT 12 submission. We also urge everyone that needs Financial Statements to bring in their documents and make payment so that we can finish all outstanding statements asap.

PAYE Clients Summary of gross salaries must be submitted to our offices for November 2012 on or before 23/11/2012 & December 2012 on or before 30/11/2012.

VAT (October & November 2012) As we are closing on the 13th December all VAT documents & bank statements must be submitted to our offices not later than the 30 November 2012 to avoid any penalties.

Proof of payment Please ensure that you send proof of payment to accounts@britsaccountants.co.za stipulating the invoices you have paid. Unclear payments will be matched from the oldest invoice to the newest.
