CERTIFICATION OF NO OBJECTION (NO ORDER REQUIRED) REGARDING MONTHLY FEE APPLICATION OF RUTAN & TUCKER, LLP FOR THE PERIOD AUGUST 1, 2010 THROUGH AUGUST 31, 2010 The undersigned hereby certifies that, as of the date hereof, he has received no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Monthly Interim Application of Rutan & Tucker, LLP ("Rutan") as Special Counsel to Debtors and Debtors in Possession for Compensation for Services Rendered and Reimbursement of Expenses Incurred for the Period August 1, 2010 through August 31, 2010 (Docket No. 1884) (the "Application") filed on September 16, 2010. The undersigned further certifies that he has reviewed the Courts docket in this case and no answer, objection or other responsive pleading to the Application appears thereon.
