other responsive pleading to the Fee Statement appears thereon. Pursuant to the Administrative Order Establishing Procedures for Monthly Compensation and Reimbursement of Expenses for Professionals and Official Committee Members entered by this Court on June 9, 2005 [Docket No. 290] (the Interim Compensation Order), objections to the Fee Statement were to be filed and served no later than May 5, 2006 (fifteen days after the date of service of the Fee Statement). Pursuant to the Interim Compensation Order, the above-captioned debtors and debtors-inpossession are authorized to promptly pay A&M $120,000.00 in professional fees, which represents $80% of the total fees in the amount of $150,000.00 and 100% of the total expenses in the amount of $12,762.00 for a total of $132,762.00 in the Fee Statement for the period March 1, 2006 through March 31, 2006 upon the filing of this Certification of No Objection and without the need for entry of a Court order approving the Fee Statement.
