    REQUEST FOR REMOVAL FROM MATRIX and ELECTRONIC FILING NOTIFICATION TO: CLERK OF THE COURT The undersigned is local counsel for the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, an agency of the United States. Counsel for this agency is actively involved in the proceedings of this case, and therefore the undersigned no longer needs to receive future notices and hereby requests to be removed from the mailing matrix and electronic notification list in this case. Notices that are required to be sent to all creditors no longer need be sent to the undersigned with the exception of notices regarding the (1) confirmation or conversion of this case; and (2) any objections to claims of the United States or its agencies.
