UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF MICHIGAN SOUTHERN DIVISION (DETROIT) In re: Chapter 11 COLLINS & AIKMAN

CORP., et al., Debtors. Tax Identification No. 13-3489233 ____________________________________/ Case No. 05-55927-SWR Jointly Administered Hon. Steven W. Rhodes

RESPONSE OF RAYMOND E. SCHROCK TO THE COLLINS & AIKMAN LITIGATION TRUSTS EIGHTY-FIRST OMNIBUS OBJECTION TO CLAIMS NOW COMES Raymond E. Schrock, by and through his attorneys, Silverman & Morris, P.L.L.C., and responds as follows to the objection to his claim (Claim No. 3839). The basis for the objection is that the Debtors allegedly have no support in their books and records that could justify paying the claim. Submitted with Mr. Schrocks claim was documentation to support his claim. Additional discussions may be necessary in order to liquidate the claim. Although Mr. Schrock does not have a basis upon which to either admit or deny allegations as to information in the Debtors records, a Proof of Claim submitted by him does show the basis for his claim. WHEREFORE, Raymond E. Schrock, respectfully requests that the Court deny the objection to his claim, and instead allow his claim in the appropriate amount. Respectfully submitted, SILVERMAN & MORRIS, P.L.L.C.
