SUMMARY: The Business Analyst will play a key role in both new product development and internal business

processes. We are looking for a results driven person who wants an opportunity to be involved from the ground up and involved in the entire life cycle of critical projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Play a lead role in ensuring new product web site is dynamic and engages customers. * Identify, design and drive business process and system improvements that will enhance business performance. * Utilize strong curiosity to understand as-is processes and create vision for future highly efficient and effective processes. * Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team * Analyze and verity requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards * Create process models, specifications, use-cases, diagrams, and charts in providing direction to developers and/or the project team * Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, and enforcing proper change request management procedures, redefining as necessary, to ensure proper scope control * Create business process and application flow diagrams supporting business and technical requirements, interprets business rules and requirements for development team * Be a change agent to lead the business to a higher level of performance. * Develop solid process and business requirement documentation. * Work with IT management to develop business cases for new projects. * Create solid requirements for new projects. * Be adaptable to small and large projects.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: * Bachelor's Degree in MIS, Business, or other related field required. * Must have experience documenting, designing and implementing new processes as well as improving current processes. * Must have solid written and oral communication skills, ability to present ideas in user friendly language, have a strong attention to detail. * At least 5 years of experience in information technology with 3- 5 years as a Business Analyst managing the delivery of information technology solutions is required, preferably on an eCommerce team * Minimum 2 years experience driving medium to large size software or web implementations. * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ability to multi-task * Background with Web Development and Agile software development methodology

* Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively under stringent time restraints * Work with the organization to develop, implement and audit standard procedures to improve and streamline processes. * Advanced skills using the following software applications: Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, MS Project
