behaviors

Abusive supervision effect the employees and their


behaviour towards their work.
In textile sector of Pakistan identify the issue of abusive
supervision is hurting employees work behaviors that
reducing their in-role and extra-role performance.

Literature Review
Literature related related to Abusive supervision,
employee performance and investigate the mediating
effect of LMX. Study is divided into several sections. In
early section discuss the Abusive supervision. Afterword
discussing the Abusive supervision and employee task
performance and OCBI. In the last section role of LMX
between abusive supervision and employee task
performance and OCBI will be under discussion
