This document discusses a study on the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and counterproductive work behavior (CWB) in Pakistan. The study hypothesizes that OCB will have a negative correlation with CWB based on a review of literature. OCB is defined as voluntary behaviors that benefit the organization but are not formally rewarded, such as helping others and representing the organization positively. CWB consists of intentional harmful acts like aggression, bullying, and property damage. The theoretical framework positions CWB as an independent variable and OCB as the dependent variable. The methodology section notes that participants, measures, and research methods will be discussed.
