ABSTRACT
• The aim of this study is to study the impact of employee engagement
on employee performance and also to study the factors affecting
employee engagement.

• The research design of the study is causal and descriptive in nature.

• The metaverse promises to bring new levels of social connection,


mobility, and collaboration to a world of virtual work.
INTRODUCTION
• Employee Engagement is the devotion, passion of employees
and effective leadership skills along with support from the top
management to the employees in every aspect of organization’s
operation.

• With rise in competitive market, globalisation and demand for


change it is important to upskill about the dynamic environment.

• Organization need to put in extra effort to collide with the future


artificial intelligence dynamics.
OBJECTIVE

1. To study about the evolution of employee engagement

2. To understand on how to cope with employee engagement in AI driven

society.

3. To comprehend on how challenging, it is going to be for the corporate


culture in future.
