How online digital platforms have helped organisations in recruiting effectively and efficiently Research Aim: With the advent of technology, firms have revolutionized their business operations. Under this revolution, many organisations have adopted different techniques and methods to recruit talented employees. Therefore, this research intends to find out how online digital platforms have helped organisations in recruiting talented employees in a more efficient and effective manner. 4. Analyzing the factors which directly impact employee’s personal decision to leave employment Research Aim: Employee turnover rate has always been a major concern for many organisations regardless of their size and nature.
