I. ALCOHOL BACKGROUND
Alcohol is a product that has provided a variety of functions for people throughout all history. Alcohols come from several different sources, depending on the alcohol and its end purpose. Ethanol, the specific alcohol usually referred to and contained in alcoholic beverages drunk by humans, can come from two processes: either as a product of fermentation by microorganisms, or as a chemical product of hydrogenating ethane/ethylene. No one country that are the origin .All ancient cultures discovered fermentation in some form or another. Alcohol became a part of religious rituals and festivals.

Some people drink when they feel sad or worried about something.

II. The disadvantages of alcohol


If you drink on an empty stomach, the alcohol will affect you more quickly than if you drink after eating a meal. you cannot control yourself when you are driving or doing any thing when you drink it a lot. It can make your health down from day by day. The bad effect to children children: - Children and young people who are still developing will become intoxicated on a smaller amount of alcohol than adults; this is partly because their bodies are smaller and less able to deal with alcohol and partly because they are not familiar with the effects of alcohol.

IV. Good reasons of not drinking


There aren't really that many advantages to drinking alcohol So why do so many people continue to drink week after week? The reason is that it can make you feel free of all your troubles and worries, it can make you feel more confident and it can make you feel warm. But does this mean it is a good idea to continually drink alcohol? Of course not, it is probably better if you don't drink any at all!!! No because you are still more likely to get brain damage, liver damage, cirrhosis, or any number of other disadvantages if you are a heavy drinker.

Some of the advantages of not drinking are:

You will sleep better You will have more energy You will not be so overweight No chance of getting a hangover Better memory Reduced risk of:
Injury High blood pressure Liver damage Brain damage Cancer

Better moods No risk of drink driving You will be saving money
