The summary says that the authors are exploring the links between language and identity, language and political hierarchy, and language and culture conflict, with a particular focus on issues of language use in schools. I combine this statement and the passage together and I got a little about that Delpit doesnt reject the African-American English created by her people. However, she concerned about not ALL the American populace is willing to see beyond individuals language form, which may lead to the next generation like her daughter encounter more enemy force and they must overcome certain obstacle.

What are your suggestions for how we may focus class discussion today? In this piece, it states, the less stress and the more fun connected to the process, the more easily it is accomplished. The saying Interest is the best teacher appears in my mind. With the interest, the learners will be more willing to learn things; even they are not required to do so. Besides, interest can provide the power that evokes the learners to explore new field with curiosity. As a result, they are really learning what they want to learn without compelling, which performs for long-time insistence.
