EXPERIENCE Worked as a Design Consultant with Just Dial conceptualizing new business initiatives as the company is in a major phase of expansion. This basically involved looking for newer ways to improve user experience and offer additional services using the company's present strengths of web and call-based service offerings. I was even involved in deciding ow and functionality of the mobile applications.
