    Shay's Rebellion occurred because farmers led by Daniel Shay were unhappy with the Articles of Confederation government and taxes, so Shay started secretly organizing farmers against it. At the same time, delegates were crafting the Declaration of Independence and new form of government known as the Constitution in secret meetings of the Constitutional Congress.     Shays Rebellion What Happen?

    AoC = Articles of Confederation DoI = Declaration of Independence So what happen was that Shay started the rebellion because the AoC was starting to become what they didnt want a.k.a when they were in England so he was setting up a secret meeting place know as Constitutional Congress where they were making the DoI but the reasoning is that they
    didnt want anyone to know is that they wanted to start a new AoC known as the DoI because it isnt fair at the time. Also a fun fact Constitutional Congress was where DoI was signed!
