    BM&FBOVESPA AND THE CME GROUP SET TO INITIATE DISCUSSIONS ABOUT A DEAL WITH THE MEXICAN STOCK EXCHANGE

    So Paulo, March 8, 2010 Further to the announcement by the CME Group earlier today in connection with a strategic partnership that includes an order routing agreement for derivatives products with Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV), and the acquisition of approximately 1.9 percent of outstanding BMV shares, BM&FBOVESPA and the CME Group announce that, as part of their Global Preferred Strategic Partnership agreement (per the notice of material fact released on February 11, 2010), they are set to initiate discussions with BMV about the aforementioned transaction and other commercial opportunities.
