NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BM&FBOVESPA S.A. Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (BM&FBOVESPA), in

connection with the Notices to the Market published on November 11, 2014, March
31, 2015 and May 5, 2015, informs that held a meeting today with the Board of Bolsa
de Valores de Colombia (Colombian Stock Exchange) and expressed its intention to
acquire a minority stake in this exchange, if appropriate terms and conditions are in
place.
BM&FBOVESPA also clarifies that at the moment there is no transaction concluded and
that this initiative is part of the expansion opportunities assessment toward activities
connected to its core business. Should one or other opportunities materialize, the
appropriated information will be immediately disclosed.
