Opening Credits

Opening credits are shown at the beginning. Usually text on blank screen or static pictures. Or on the top of the action. Identify the major actors and crew. May be preceded by a cold open a brief scene. Order in which credits are billed signify their importance: rst, usually, the motion picture company, then the director, then major actors, then movie title and rest of principle cast. Production logo used to brand what they produce. Usually seen at the beginning. Take advantage of motion and synchronized sound.
