Vegan, Gluten-Free Tape Cake adeLiya

Cake: 3/4 cups gluten free flour blend (I like Whole Foods 365 brand mix) 1 1/4cup Tape 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda grated cheese 1 sdm canola oil 1/3 cup butter melted 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar 1/2 cup buttermilk 1 sdt ovalet 1 sdt pelembut kue yg bening Toping: 3sdm butter non fat cup grated cheese for topping 1sdt icing sugar 1/2sdt essence vanilla

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a dozen-cup muffin pan with paper liners. 2. Sift together the dry ingredients. Add the oil, vanilla, vinegar, and water. Mix together till smooth. 3. Pour into lined muffin cups, filling almost all the way full. 4. Mixed together toping ingredients spread on top of cake. 5. Bake for 20-26 minutes, or until center is done. 6. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
