1) Give domestic raw materials opportunity for industrialization 2 ) Encourage the private enterprises 3 ) Establishing new banks for supporting the investors 4 ) Give precedence to daily consuming products 5) Nationalizing the important institutions 6) Increasing the population growth 7 ) Using the whole natural resources for benefit of the state

8) Establishment of the Turkish Industrial Development bank (snai kalknma bankas) 9 )Extinguishment the tithe 10) Extending the science and technical developments 11 ) Prevent the intermediaries and monopoly 12 ) Inexpensive transportation of the domestic products 13) Incentive laws for industries
