Install ONE-x Tool to PC Copy CWM5827 to the recoveries folder under the one-x installation Install HTC Drivers on PC Using One-X tool with phone plugged in, unlock the bootloader. Requires HTCDEV.com for unlock bin file. Follow HTCDEV instructions.

Navigate through menus to Clean 58 data Congrats, your phone is bootloader unlocked, rooted, S-Off and Sim-unlocked. 14. Remove SuperSU.zip and pg58DIAG from SD card
