Case : Dam Construction Project

You are recently appointed as the project manager for the construction of a dam across a river in Africa. Construction of the dam would submerge a hundred acres of forest land. It would also affect the wildlife. There is a protest from a tribal village nearby, who would have to be relocated. There is also protest from NGOs and environmentalists regarding the same. If the project does not get completed, the company would face bankruptcy and you would lose your job. You have a meeting scheduled the following day with the tribal chief, the NGOs and the environmentalists.
