SPAETZLE

Ingredients:
ALL PURPOSE FLOUR SALT NUTMEG

EGGS
WATER BUTTER PEPPER

Procedure:
Place flour salt and nutmeg in bowl. Beat eggs in small bowl to blend pour into well in dry ingredients. Beat mixture until bubbles start to appear and smooth batter no longer adheres to the spoon.

Fill large pot with water bring to boil

Cut off line strips of odugh push them off edge og board into boiling water with spatula

Remove spaetzle with skimmer when they float to surface.
