Ingredients:

WATER BUTTER PEPPER
Procedure:
Place flour salt and nutmeg in bowl. Beat eggs in small bowl to blend pour into well in dry ingredients. Beat mixture until bubbles start to appear and smooth batter no longer adheres to the spoon.
