Food and vegetables are naturally low in fat.They add flavor and variety to your diet.They also contain fiber,vitamins and minerals.

Do you want to know what the meaning of healthy food, well let me tell you the meaning of healthy food: healthy food help you lose or maintain your weight and feel better.

Vitamin A is a associated with vision development and cellular growth and maintenance. Vitamin C help the body form collagen in bloods vessel,bone cartilage and muscles.
