Prerequisites: Required Knowledge: TIOG10 (Oil & Gas Business Processes and Organization) Recommended Knowledge: SCM500 (Business Processes in Procurement), SCM600 (Business Processes in Sales Order Management), SCM601 (Processes in Logistics Execution) Goals: Recognize and execute the basic processes within SAP for Oil & Gas in various business scenarios. Gain conceptual information and hands-on experience of SAP for Oil & Gas. Understand and maintain the master data used in the basic processes. Recognize and understand the interaction between modules involved in business scenarios. Topic-specific exercises in the SAP for Oil & Gas system give participants the opportunity to gain first-hand practical experience of the Primary & Secondary distribution processes. Notes: Course length: 3 hours 45 minutes e-Learning with SAPTutors and Flashbooks SAP Production Revenue Accounting is the SAP solution which manages the volumetric allocation, ownership allocation, contractual allocation, and product balancing for national oil companies engaged in upstream production operations. This course describes the functional capabilities and solution content of the SAP PRA solution, including: master data setup, transactional data setup, volume allocations, ownership setup, contract and pricing setup, contractual allocations, balancing, and product control. The presentation materials are supplemented by practical SAP Tutor exercises which take the trainee through the end-to-end process of setting up a delivery network with its associated entities and transactional data input for processing through SAP PRA.

Prerequisites: Required Knowledge: Practial experience with ERP components such as Material, Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Plant Maintenance (PM)., Business background of special requirements in remote logistics, operations (e.g. supply of offshore oil and gas platforms).. Recommended Knowledge: None Goals: Remote Logistics Management (RLM) addresses unique aspects of remote operations and RLM provides functions for supplying materials from base locations to remote locations (e.g. offshore oil platforms). This course describes the functional capabilities and solution content of the SAP RLM solution along the RLM work process, including: Requisitioning of materials , goods receipt at base, shipping/packaging, rentals material mobilization, return documents, and material tracking. The presentation materials are supplemented by practical SAP Tutor exercises which take the trainee through the end-to-end process.

Prerequisites: Required Knowledge: SAP01 (SAP Overview), Good working knowledge of SAP modules especially joint venture, accounting and FI-special ledger, Good understanding of Production Sharing Agreements Recommended Knowledge: IOGW40 (Joint Venture Accounting with SAP JVA) and/or AC220 (Special Purpose Ledger) Goals: SAP Production Sharing Accounting is the SAP solution which manages the planning and reporting requirements for contractors and national oil companies engaged in production sharing contracts. This course describes the functional capabilities and solution content of the SAP PSA solution, including: configuration, master data, day-to-day data entry, cost recoveries, terminal- and PSC-based pricing & lifting allocations, entitlement calculations, planning, and reporting. The presentation materials are supplemented by practical SAP Tutor exercises which take the trainee through the end-to-end process of setting up a new production sharing contract to creating the periodic entitlement calculation.
