Staff Development

As a leader, it is my responsibility to develop staff members. This means each employee is closer to their goals when they go to bed every night than where they started that morning. This takes a motivated employee, open communication of goals and development plans, positive reinforcement and an internal drive to ensure each employee is pushed to and beyond their limit. Every employee is expected to hit the ground running, ask questions to gain knowledge, make decisions, be aggressive and learn from mistakes. These actions will put each employee in a position to successfully broaden their skill set of job knowledge and life experiences and be prepared to be successful in any situation because of their developed problem solving skills and leadership ability.
