Green Egg biryani(for 1 glass rice) For powder Coriander seed-1 tbsp Lavang-4-5nos Dalchini-1-2nos Badishop-1 tsp Peppere-1tsp

Make fine pd of all d above. Do not fry or roast. For green masala Kothmir Green chilli Garlic Ginger Take all abov approx as per ur needs. Grind all these 2gethr widout addng water.Make fine paste. Add water only if reqd i.e; if doesnt grind. For rice(dis is cooker methodu can also make in bartan.) Basmati rice-1 glass Water-2 glass Badi elaichi-1-2 nos Wash and keep rice in strainer for approx 10-15 mins & stir for 2 mins .Dnt overfry... Add 2 glass hot water.(PLS KEEP READY HOT WATER SIDE BY SIDE). Add salt,lime juice-1 tspmix well.Close d lidremove frm gas after 3 whistles Final step Tk a thick bottom vessel. Add ghee,finely chopped onion-2stir till golden brownadd tomato finely choppd-1add d powdered masala shown in step 1add green masala shown in step 2.stir for 2 minsadd salt ,turmeric pd,red chill pd(both less nhi to color chng ho jayega).then add 1 egg & stir & mix well to make scrambledit shudnt b visible easily..finally add cooked rice..mix well.ready 2 serve..
