Masalah/ Kelemahan :

1. Hampir 50 % pelajar tidak menguasai sepenuhnya setiap topik dalam subjek sains tingkatan 4. 80 % pelajar tidak mengenalpasti hormon serta kelenjar yang berfungsi merembeskannya. Selain itu 60 % pelajar lemah di dalam soalan kacukan (inheritance). Malahan 70 % pelajar gagal mengenalpasti nombor proton, nucleon, neutron dan electron. 2. 60 % pelajar keliru dengan maksud isotop.
Penambahbaikkan : 1. Modul SOLAR, WAJA dan Modul intensif (Topical Past Year Questions 2004-2011) diberi bagi setiap topic sebagai latih tubi. Disediakan : Pn. Emelia Hasliza Binti Jaafar
