JOB PURPOSE To provide structured, safe, varied and enjoyable Aerobic/Fitness sessions for classes organised and managed by the Facility. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES 1. To lead and instruct to nationally recognised standards. 2. To be responsible for the Health and Safety of customers attending the class. 3. To vary the content of the classes to ensure enjoyment and retention of customers. 4. To make all the class members feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. 5. To cover sickness and holidays of the other instructors as required in liaison with the site manager. 6. To remain fully informed and qualified to deliver up to date material to class members.

Portray the fitness ethic. Be professional in their approach. Be physically fit enough to carry out their duties. Be able to choreograph their classes and music. Be punctual, reliable and well organised. To have a flexible approach and be able to teach at more than one Pembrokeshire Leisure centre.
