    JUNIOR COACH JOB DESCRIPTION

    Alan Archondakis (NAME) Responsible to: Head Coach (Ollie Harding)

    MAIN DUTIES To assist with the clubs junior coaching sessions at Longridge on Tuesdays (7pm to 8.30pm) and Saturdays (10.00am t0 12.00) To develop and maintain high ethical standards in coaching and assist in the preparation of coaching sessions in advance. To work with Ollie Harding in the preparation and running of each session. To offer the club feedback on the organisation and degree of success of junior coaching and competitions. To inform the Head Coach in advance of any sessions that cannot be attended.
