Personally maintaining 15+ horses in preparation for the polo season by
improving their fitness, skills, and training for my employer.
Observing and adjusting the program to meet each horses individual need in the
most efficient manner.

Self regulation and monitoring is required since the work is done in a private
location where the employer checks in a limited amount dependent on the time of
