Please read the following rules:

The best 3 teen performances, selected by the judges, will receive a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Prize. All under 12 are awarded. Any type of performance may be done as long as it is
entertaining and appropriate. Think family friendly and G-rated. Performance should
not exceed 5 minutes. Performers must provide their own speakers, music, materials,
equipment, props, or instruments required for their performance. Anything
inappropriate within the performance is prohibited and will result in not being able to
complete the performance.
This application and registration fee of $10 must be sent in by February 15 to:
Class Act Talent Show c/o Melissa Webster, 485 Terrace Meadow Drive, Wellington, Alabama 36279.
The theater and hosting organization will not be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or accidents incurred on
property. Please keep all belongings with you at all times.
