Subject: Paul Bially Joins Lamberti Agrochemicals Team

I am pleased to announce that Paul Bially has joined our US Agrochemicals team in the
position of Sales & Technology Specialist effective February 16, 2009.

Paul graduated from Philadelphia University with a dual major in Chemistry and Business. He
has ten years of successful experience in Agribusiness, having worked as a District Sales
Manager and as a Formulation Chemist at two of the leading Agro-adjuvant companies in the
US. He holds several patents and has published a number of papers related to the use of
surfactants to enhance the infiltration of water into repellent soils. Paul’s strong sales and
technology experience in the US Agrochemicals market will help us accelerate our initial sales
efforts into established crop protection market segments and will help us target other high
value, niche markets such as adjuvants for Turf & Ornamental and Golf Course applications.

Paul lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife, Kathleen. He will report to me and will be
working out of Lamberti USA Headquarters in Conshohocken, PA. Please join me in
welcoming Paul and in supporting his efforts as we continue the launch of the US
Agrochemicals business.
