Dear Mr. Pauley, I appreciate the time you took out of your day to express your feelings about the poor experience you had with Pizza Hut. It is always in Pizza Huts best interest to provide our customers with a pizza that exceeds the customers expectations every time. I am terribly sorry for the unfriendly service you received at Pizza Hut. There is no reason at all to why your pizza was over 2 hours late and not to mention cold. Pizza Hut is a very proud corporation and does not want to be known for delivering pizzas cold and late. I understand that you called the pizza hut location where you ordered from and wanted an explanation for all this. There is no reason why any of this should of happened. We feel very bad about what happened to you. We hope by giving you this free pizza for one year will compensate you. We want you to continue buying our products and want you to know that an occurrence like this will not happen again. We are proud company and expect to deliver a warm pizza on time, every time. We hope to win back your service and again are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
