Ayam masak Palembang

1 ayam ( 1kg kepak ayam) 1/2 tsp coriander seeds(ketumbar) 5 red chillies 2 stalks of lemon grass jintan manis and clove 2.5cm tumeric and galangal, tamarind and salt 1/2 coconut, squeeze for 1/2 bowl of thick coconut milk oil for frying Method:
1. Goreng ayam dengan sebuk kunyit dan sedikit ajinomoto 2. Pound the corainder seeds, tumeric, jintan manis chilies into paste. 3. Bruise(titik) the galangal and the lemon grass 4. Heat the oil in the pan and fry all the pounded ingredients 5. Add in the lemon grass and the galangal and stir well 6. Add in the chicken and stir until it is well coated with the fried ingredients 7. Add in the tamarind juice and coconut milk 8. Simmer till the gravy thickens
