Diagnosis: Skin, right arm, biopsy: Solar lentigo (Actinic lentigo)

Dermal solar elastosis (Do not diagnose solar lentigo if solar

elastosis is absent).
Slight hyperkeratosis.

Rete ridges extend into the papillary dermis like buds. Inter-ridge epidermis is atrophic. Melanocytes are normal or slightly increased. No junctional melanocytic nests. Tips of the rete ridges and the basal epidermis is melanotic. Dermal pigmentary incontinence.
