SYNOPSIS

The project entitled on CALL CENTER AUTOMATION SERVICE developing using Front End as VB.NET and Back End as Sql-Server.

The Call Center Automation Service system maintains the overall information about the Call Center. This Company makes tie ups with foreign country and get job order from daily basis. This job will be allocated to all employees working in that company. Each Employee has individual user name and Password. The Admin will receive the Work and allot this work to all employees under their Login. One Employee work cannot be viewed by another employee. After completing the Job Work the Employee have to upload this work to Admin. The same work the Admin will forward to Foreign Office.

The main idea behind this implementation is to make data easily accessible to the concern and also for their future reference. This project helps in reducing the voluminous amount of paper work involved and the expenditure in manual Reports.
