Benefits:
Bedroom windows dont face the morning sun so there is no harsh sunlight in the morning. Bathrooms are close to bedrooms. Sliding back door in case the dining room is crowded. Bedrooms are all on one side of the house in case there is an emergency. Bathroom connected only to master bedroom
