5 acre lot Roads on all sides 33 square foot and 74 square foot bathroom The house is placed in a lot surrounded by roads. The front door faces east.

Constraints:
The design should follow Habitat for Humanity guidelines and adhere to residential design codes. Universal design features must be incorporated into the design. Benefits:

Bedroom windows dont face the morning sun so there is no harsh sunlight in the morning. Bathrooms are close to bedrooms. Sliding back door in case the dining room is crowded. Bedrooms are all on one side of the house in case there is an emergency. Bathroom connected only to master bedroom
