Pumpkin with Risotto 1 packet shallots (mini onion with green stalk) chopped 2 pieces of garlic 1/2 teaspoon

ginger 600g (11/4 lb) pumpkin - cut in pieces 400 ml coconut milk Juice of 1/2 - 1 Lemon A little bit more than 1 teaspoon Curry 2 tablespoon Oil 300g or more prawns Heat the oil and add shallots, garlic, ginger and pumpkin. Heat it 5 minutes with turn on heat. Then add coconut milk, Curry, salt & pepper + Lemon juice and cook it ~ 3 minutes on low you have to taste it. Add prawns and simmer it. Serve with risotto rice you done. bon appetite
