The patient comes to the dental practice complaining of acute toothache. 1 | Your initial examination reveals an apical stula. You use the SiroCam digital camera to generate an image quickly and conveniently. The high-delity digital image is displayed on the monitor. 2 | You connect the XIOS Plus intraoral sensor to the USB port of the TENEO treatment centre. The exposure mode of the HELIODENT X-ray unit is activated directly via the EasyTouch user interface. The X-ray appears immediately on the monitor. You diagnose an apical infection. 3 | To inform the patient about the necessary course of treatment you show a PowerPoint presentation about root canal therapy. All the various PowerPoint functions are at your ngertips via the EasyTouch user interface. You do not need a keyboard or a mouse and can remain seated chairside. You can now begin treating the root canal. To help the patient relax you can activate the massage function and/or play an entertainment video likewise via EasyTouch. 4 | After the removal of the medicated lling the tooth can be nally restored. A follow-up X-ray is acquired using the XIOS Plus sensor. The nal outcome is photographed with the aid of the SiroCam digital camera and displayed on the monitor.
