Step 1 Insert lock nut, flat ring and rubber gasket to the IF cable

Step 2 Remove the outer insulator about 30 mm using a knife

Step 3 Shave off the outer insulator about 10 mm and shave to taper on the side edge

Step 4 Insert clamp ring to the IF cable. If the black sheath exceeds the ring, We should cut out the exceeding part to keep the ring and sheath in line.

Step 5 Fold back the braided shield and trim cut

Step 6 Cut the aluminum shield in about half and divided. Cut out the exceeding parts and fold back aluminum shield.

Step 7 Overlap aluminum shield with braided shield. Cut out inner insulator from the root and remove it.

Step 8 Cut core conductor in 17 mm and taper the end of core conductor using file.

Step 9 Insert metal bush/insulator to the core conductor

Step 10 Set metal bush/insulator in the connector correctly so that the core conductor may enter a center pin.

Step 11 Turn the lock nut to tighten the connector. Turn only lock nut.

Step 12 Completed H-type connector with IF cable.
